Once the price is agreed upon, you'll need to complete the necessary paperwork to transfer ownership of the static caravan or lodge to us. The paperwork is simple, and our team will guide you through every step of the process. This includes the sale agreement and the transfer of ownership documents. Once the documents are signed, you’re one step closer to receiving your payment.

Typically, once the sale is finalised and the transfer of ownership has been completed, you can expect to receive payment within 3 to 5 business days. In some cases, depending on the circumstances, the payment may be processed even faster. We make the payment through a bank transfer, which is the safest and most efficient method. Bank transfers ensure that your payment reaches you securely, and you can easily track the transaction.
